Terms of Service
By accessing or using the services offered by SocialSMMX (“we”, “us”, “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not register, fund your balance, or place any orders.
1) Scope & Acceptance
- Placing an order or creating an account constitutes full acceptance of these Terms, whether you have read them or not.
- We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing them before each order.
- You agree to use our website and services in compliance with the respective Terms of Service of third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and others).
2) Services & Deliverables
- Our services are designed to promote and improve the appearance of your social media accounts only. We do not guarantee engagement (likes, comments, DMs) from delivered accounts.
- We do not warrant that all delivered accounts will have profile photos, bios, or posted content—although we strive for quality.
- We do not guarantee exact start times or completion times. Any timeline shown is an estimate; orders in progress are not refundable on the basis of speed.
- To fulfill an order, we may switch a service type to a functionally equivalent variant at our discretion.
- Private/locked accounts are not eligible for delivery or refunds. Ensure your target account/post is public before ordering.
3) Pricing & Balance
- Rates may change at any time without notice. Active orders will continue under the refund policy below.
- Loaded balances are non-refundable and may be used only within SocialSMMX unless we explicitly agree otherwise.
- If a service is permanently discontinued after payment and cannot be delivered or partially delivered, we will credit or refund the undelivered portion.
4) Orders & Operational Rules
- Do not place multiple orders to the same link while a previous order is still processing; this may cause errors or loss of funds.
- Do not change usernames, post links/IDs, or privacy settings after submitting an order. Doing so can cause failed completion without eligibility for a refund.
- Platform updates (by Instagram/Twitter/Facebook/YouTube etc.) may affect speeds or cause drops. Unless a specific service lists a replacement/guarantee window, no refill is guaranteed.
- Where a service title/description explicitly includes a guarantee period (e.g., “30-day refill”), only that period and condition applies.
5) Content & Prohibited Use
- You may not upload, submit, or request delivery to content that is illegal, harmful, pornographic (+18), promotes gambling/betting, violates intellectual property, or breaches platform/community rules.
- Harassment, abuse, or threats toward our staff may result in account termination and forfeiture of balances.
6) Billing, Invoicing & Chargebacks
- Where invoicing is required, provide complete invoice details within 24 hours of order placement; otherwise a consumer invoice may be issued to the account details on file.
- Unauthorized or fraudulent payments (including stolen cards) will result in immediate account closure and may be reported.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting support@socialsmmx.com may lead to account suspension and removal of delivered services.
7) Refunds & Cancellations
- Once an order is submitted, cancellation is not guaranteed.
- If an order is not started or only partially completed due to system limitation, the undelivered portion will be credited or refunded automatically (except where the target is private or changed after submission).
- Orders marked “Completed” are not eligible for refunds unless explicitly stated in the related service guarantee.
8) Disclaimers & Liability
- We are not responsible for account suspensions, removals of content, follower drops, or any actions taken by social platforms.
- SocialSMMX, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Use of our services is at your own risk.
9) Intellectual Property
All website content, trademarks, and service names are owned by or licensed to SocialSMMX. You may not copy, resell, or exploit any portion without our permission.
10) Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The version published on this page is the governing version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law at our principal place of business. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.
